  • Purchases, Payments, and Rewards. When you make a purchase or payment through our Services, we may collect information such as payment type, payment card details, billing, shipping address, purchasing information, such as details of SKUs and products purchased, and any other financial or commercial-related information necessary for facilitating our Services.
  • Communications and Interactions. When you email, call, or otherwise communicate or interact with us or with other LightUpMyHome users, including if you sign up for our mailing lists, complete forms on our website, interact with our social media pages, post a product review or testimonial, submit content in any online discussion groups, or otherwise enter information into public-facing comment fields, blogs, or community forums sponsored by or affiliated with LightUpMyHome, we may collect and maintain records of your contact details, communications and interactions, your posts or submissions, and our responses, if applicable.   • Social Media Information. If you choose to tag LightUpMyHome in your social media posts, we may collect personal information about you to communicate with you. For example, we may collect information related to your account and profile, such as your name, and email.
  • Lead and Prospect Information. We may receive lead and prospect information from third parties about prospective customers that may be interested in our Services. We may also engage with third parties to enhance or update our customer information.   • Referral Information. We may offer you the ability to invite friends or refer other users to access or use our Services. Terms | Conditions | Returns
For most products on our website, if you don’t like it, you may return it within 30 days. We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

  • You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
  • Please contact support@lightupmyhome.com to request a return.
  • If there are damaged crystals or parts, we will gladly replace them at no charge. If you choose to ultimately return the item you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide us with the shipment tracking number.

 

Damage Policy

    • All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
    • In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it please notify support@lightupmyhome.com so that we can assist you in receiving replacement parts as quickly as possible- at no cost to you.
    • Please notify us of any damages on the product or packaging within 5 days of receipt
    • Exceptions – We can not accept returns of:
      • Installed products
      • Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
      • Special order products and custom or fabricated-to-order products, or international orders.
      • Large orders of the same product (4 or more) Before ordering large quantities, special, custom, or international orders we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need.
      • We do not accept returns on special orders, custom products, or international orders.

Returns Processing

Contact Customer Service by email to request a return authorization. Once your return request has been authorized, LightUpMyHome.com will provide you with a return address. LightUpMyHome.com will not be responsible for issuing a refund for items that are not returned without a valid Return Authorization Number. Your refund will be issued within 10 days of your product being received and inspected. Please be sure to pack the product properly when returning any item. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in damaged condition. In such a case, you will file a claim with the shipping carrier. In the event that the claim is denied due to poor packaging, we will not provide a refund. LightUpMyHome.com is not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to the need to return an item regardless of the reason.

Change of Address

Should you provide the incorrect shipping address a charge may be assessed by the shipping company. Any charges imposed will be your responsibility and will be due at the time of the request. Change of address requests may take several days for processing and are not guaranteed. Should the shipping company not grant us the request and the item be returned to us you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies

LightUpMyHome.com makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.

Terms | Conditions | Returns
For most products on our website, if you don’t like it, you may return it within 30 days. We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience:

  • You may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt.
  • Please contact support@lightupmyhome.com to request a return.
  • If there are damaged crystals or parts, we will gladly replace them at no charge. If you choose to ultimately return the item you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide us with the shipment tracking number.

 

Damage Policy

    • All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.
    • In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it please notify support@lightupmyhome.com so that we can assist you in receiving replacement parts as quickly as possible- at no cost to you.
    • Please notify us of any damages on the product or packaging within 5 days of receipt
    • Exceptions – We can not accept returns of:
      • Installed products
      • Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
      • Special order products and custom or fabricated-to-order products, or international orders.
      • Large orders of the same product (4 or more) Before ordering large quantities, special, custom, or international orders we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need.
      • We do not accept returns on special orders, custom products, or international orders.

Returns Processing

Contact Customer Service by email to request a return authorization. Once your return request has been authorized, LightUpMyHome.com will provide you with a return address. LightUpMyHome.com will not be responsible for issuing a refund for items that are not returned without a valid Return Authorization Number. Your refund will be issued within 10 days of your product being received and inspected. Please be sure to pack the product properly when returning any item. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in damaged condition. In such a case, you will file a claim with the shipping carrier. In the event that the claim is denied due to poor packaging, we will not provide a refund. LightUpMyHome.com is not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to the need to return an item regardless of the reason.

“Biometric information” means an individual’s physiological, biological or behavioral characteristics, including an individual’s deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), that can be used, singly or in combination with each other or with other identifying data, to establish individual identity. Education information, defined as information that is not publicly available personally identifiable information as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy .

Inferences drawn from any of the information identified in this subdivision to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

1.“Personal information” does not include publicly available information. For purposes of this paragraph, “publicly available” means information that is lawfully made available from federal, state, or local government records. “Publicly available” does not mean biometric information collected by a business about a consumer without the consumer’s knowledge.

2.“Personal information” does not include consumer information that is deidentified or aggregate consumer information.
